  1. When an important relationship is not working out very well we become frustrated and sometimes behave in a manner that causes more harm to that relationship. The good news is that healthy relationship skills can be learned and unhealthy relationship patterns can be changed. It helps people understand their relationship difficulties and shortcomings in terms of the skills and attitudes that are needed but lacking and then learn and adapt those skills.
