  1. Leesa, the first step in living intentionally is to recognize patterns whether on or off the track we saw for ourselves. It’s never too late! The older I get, the more people I hear tell me they never had a track or vision for themselves when they were younger. We all progress at our own pace and experience is a spice add-worthy to the rich stew you have always been simmering. Keep that fire burning by allowing/giving permission to yourself to see it, and then check it against your body wisdom (how, where do you feel it? Is it true for you?). That is just one action. 🙂

I have not gone where I intended to go, and I have not ended up where I intended to be. It is not good enough for things to be planned – they still have to be done. But there is hope for me still.
